Protect Your Paint with PPF (Paint Protection Film)

The ultimate in paint protection
For Colour Changing PPF Please Click Here

Paint Protection Film (also known as PPF, clear bra, or clear wrap) is a thin, but tough layer of clear film that sits on top of your vehicle’s original painted surface, designed to give the best protection from stone chips, minor scratches and scuffs, keying and vandalism, as well as bird lime, tree sap and UV damage without impacting optical clarity.

This makes your car incredibly easy to clean, with a strong resistance to many types of common damage which gives peace of mind and improvement to vehicles future resale value.

A variety of levels of PPF installation are available; from protecting your headlights, to replacing the often faded OEM factory film, right through to full body coverage.

We have traditional clear PPF, satin, matte and stealth PPF as well as colour changing films available. All patterns are printed in house on our Graphtec FC9000 Plotter.

Our installations are fully guaranteed and backed by our 100% satisfaction promise

We are proud to say our team (Dan & Jay) are SunTek and ProFilm Certified Paint Protection Film installers, and carry out our installations in-house to ensure standards of work remain consistent and provide maximum flexibility for customer convenience.

We have examples of many of these films in-house and we’d love to go through these with you, and have samples available to get a “hands on” to see their optical clarity and test the self-healing nature.

Why SunTek and ProFilm over other Paint Protection Film brands?

We believe SunTek and ProFilm paint protection films are the best available on the market currently and backed by excellent after care support and continual development of their product line. Offering a market leading 12 year guarantee on their top films unlike other brand which typically offer 7 or 10 year, as well as market leading self-healing capabilities. We have examples of various brands available for you to compare yourself. We’ve directly compared these films to other leading brands.

Another reason is that SunTek and ProFIlm both have complete control of their product and supply chain - They are designed, tested and manufactured in house. This ensures consistently high standard of product.

We use our Graphtec FC9000 plotter in conjunction with the best pattern databases on the market to ensure an accurate fit every time.

However, custom jobs are no problem for example we have applied Paint Protection Film to the front end of a Rolls Royce Cullinan URBAN for which there were no patterns available for as well as complete full body coverage of a classic Ford Capri with a Chevrolet LS3 V8 swap

Disclaimer;

The removal of Paint Protection Film shouldn’t damage the factory paint finish, when professionally removed - however smart repairs and partial and/or full re-painted finishes may peel during the removal process. On Track Detailing take all necessary steps including use of steam, hot water, IR heat lamps and other chemicals to remove Paint Protection Film in a manner which gives the least risk of damaging the paint finish, however in the event of any paint peeling off, On Track Detailing cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during the removal process.

While 99% of insurers have no problem with PPF, as it’s incredibly common now, and actually saves them money (regards to protection from minor scuffs), we always suggest declaring PPF as a modification to your insurance company.
