Deposit and Cancellation Policy

This agreement is between You (our client) and On Track Detailing Ltd regarding the deposit required for our services. By paying the deposit, You agree to the following terms:

1. Deposits:

a. Deposits are required to secure your booking and are considered a commitment to complete the work. They serve as a part payment toward the total value of the service.

b. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations, but dates can be changed typically without issue with at least 14 days notice, before the scheduled appointment.

c. In the very unlikely event of an issue where On Track Detailing Ltd are unable to complete your job, due to problems on our end, your refund will be returned in full.

2. Cancellation Policy:

a. If You cancel an appointment within 5 working days of the scheduled appointment, 50% of the balance of the job is due.

b. If You cancel a job within 48 Hrs of the scheduled appointment, 100% of the balance of the job is due.

3. Payment of Deposit:

a. Deposits can be paid by Bank Transfer, Card Payment, or Cash, and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

Our Bank Details are below, and a specific reference for accounting reasons will typically be given.

4. Job Completion:

a. We aim to complete the job within the agreed-upon timeframe, but the actual duration may vary based on the complexity of the service and factors outside of our control. You will always be kept updated.
