Deposit and Cancellation Policy
This agreement is between You (our client) and On Track Detailing Ltd regarding the deposit required for our services.
In order to ensure our calendar is scheduled correctly, we take deposits for all bookings to secure dates.
By paying the deposit, You agree to the following terms :
1. Deposits:
a. Deposits are required to secure your booking and are considered a commitment to complete the work. They serve as a part payment toward the total value of the service. Typically we ask for a 25-50% deposit depending on the service.
For example a £1000 service, with a £250 deposit, the balance of £750 payable upon completion and your satisfaction. (Total payable: £1000)
b. In the very unlikely event of an issue where On Track Detailing Ltd are unable to complete your job, due to problems on our end, your refund will be returned in full.
2. Cancellation Policy: (“I no longer wish to go ahead”)
Last Minute cancellations can be extremely damaging to our business.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
a. You can reschedule your appointment to a later date, with at least 7 days notice without any penalty. We totally understand things may come up and we will always work with you to be as flexible as possible. If in doubt, please call us and we will do what we can.
3. Payment of Deposit:
a. Deposits can be paid by Bank Transfer, Card Payment in person/over the phone, or Cash, and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
Our Bank Details are below, and a specific reference for accounting reasons will typically be given.

4. Job Completion:
a. We aim to complete the job within the agreed-upon timeframe, but the actual duration may vary based on the complexity of the service and factors outside of our control. You will always be kept updated. Payment for the services agreed are due upon collection, and your vehicle would remain in our possession until paid.
5. Vehicle Drop Off/Collection
We always do our best to be as flexible as possible for our clients.
Our standard opening hours are Monday-Friday, 9am to 5:30PM.
However, most evenings we are there till later. We are also in the virtually every Saturday and some Sundays. This can vary however, and is not guaranteed.
We can usually accommodate out of hours drop off and collection, when arranged. We can also offer a fully insured and free collection/drop off within a 15 minute radius, and nationwide transport options with our selected transport partners at our trade price.
