Not every vehicle needs several days of paint correction.

Many owners simply want their car thoroughly cleaned, noticeably glossier, properly protected and easier to maintain without committing to a more extensive correction package.

Over one working day, we safely clean and decontaminate the exterior, enhance the paintwork with a light machine polish and apply professional ceramic protection.

The aim is to provide a significant improvement in presentation and long-term ease of maintenance at a more accessible price point, while keeping the vehicle off the road for as little time as possible.

What’s Included?

• Complete exterior clean - including wheels, tyres, wheel arches, door shuts, fuel flap, exterior trims and glass.
• Paint decontamination - iron fallout and tar removal, followed by clay bar treatment where required.
• Gloss-enhancing machine polish - improving clarity, colour depth and overall appearance.
• Up to 2-year ceramic protection - professionally applied to the prepared paintwork.
• Finishing touches - tyres dressed, glass cleaned, and the vehicle given a final quality inspection.

You will also receive photographs showing the vehicle before, during and after the detail, along with bespoke care guidance and product recommendations to help you maintain the finish.

Gloss-Enhancing Machine Polish

Before ceramic protection is applied, the paintwork needs to be properly prepared.

A carefully selected machine polish is used to improve gloss, clarity and colour depth while creating a suitable surface for the ceramic coating.

The emphasis is on improving the overall appearance rather than chasing extensive swirl marks, scratches or deeper defects.

If significant defect removal is your priority, our Paint Correction services are likely to be more suitable.

Ceramic Coating Included

A professional ceramic coating is included as part of every One Day Detail.

Once the paintwork has been cleaned, decontaminated and polished, the coating is applied to the prepared paintwork to improve gloss, water behaviour and resistance to everyday environmental contamination.

The included coating can provide up to two years of protection when correctly maintained, although actual durability depends on mileage, storage, washing methods and ongoing maintenance.

Ceramic coating does not make paint scratch-proof and it cannot prevent stone chips. If protection against physical road damage is your main priority, Paint Protection Film is the more suitable option.

Professional Car Detailing at a More Accessible Price

Professional detailing does not always need to mean spending £750, £1,000 or more on extensive paint correction.

The One Day Detail concentrates the available time on the stages that provide the greatest visible and practical improvement for a car that does not require heavy defect removal.

That includes thorough exterior cleaning, paint decontamination, machine polishing and ceramic coating.

By reducing the amount of time spent chasing deeper scratches and swirl marks, we can offer the service from £499 including VAT while still using the same professional studio, equipment and preparation standards as our more extensive detailing packages.

It is our most accessible route into professional studio detailing.

Interior cleaning and engine bay detailing are not included as standard, but additional services can be added separately where required.

A Studio-Based Alternative to Mobile Car Detailing

Mobile and driveway detailing can be convenient, but some owners would prefer their vehicle to be worked on inside a dedicated detailing environment.

The One Day Detail was designed to offer that middle ground.

You can drop your vehicle off in the morning and normally collect it later the same working day, while the detailing, machine polishing and ceramic coating are completed inside our professional studio.

Working indoors gives us controlled lighting, professional equipment and suitable conditions for polishing and ceramic coating regardless of the weather outside.

It also means you do not need to provide access to your driveway, electricity or water at home.
